Roselyn Nordaune is a founding partner of Nordaune & Friesen, PLLC, with offices in the Plymouth/Wayzata area since 1983. Roz has over 40 years of experience as a family law attorney, and she understands the family law system. She is a strong legal advocate for her clients in marriage dissolutions, post-decree matters, paternity proceedings, child custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support issues, same-sex partnership and property agreements and dissolutions, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and family-law-related appeals. Roz is supportive of alternative dispute resolution options for her clients, but she also has the skills to successfully litigate cases that need court involvement. Roz is an honors graduate of Augsburg College and the University of Minnesota Law School. In her time away from the office, Roz enjoys travel, attending sporting events, reading, golf and time with her family and friends.
